Do not lease there! No parking space available despite you live there. The apartments are full of ants and other insects. No one gives a shit up there.

As far as condos/apartments go in key west, you can't beat this place. Home owners assosiation is pretty strict, but what HOA isn't. Parking is not bad, but that might have to do with the fact...
