I second what Armani N said. I moved into Las Palmas beginning of 2025 in January. I drive an EV and only used the charger for 1 month before they broke and it's been 8 months since the chargers...

They won't tell you this but the pool is not heated! If you own a dog (that you will pay for), don't expect a clean dog park. They never clean it and hardly anyone cleans up after there own...
