Established in 1982 by the Raikes brothers, Larry's Giant Subs has evolved from a local sandwich shop in Jacksonville, Florida, into a celebrated restaurant empire. Have had some solid sandwiches from this place. However, I ordered what use to be their staple (The Cuban). It was basically bread with pickles. Not sure what their deal is with meat... maybe...

Tasteless meats, soggy fries, and no service animals allowed inside the restaurant. So a 69 yo handicapped man with a cane and a clearly maked service dog had to sit outside in the heat to eat....
