Lanier School

Founded in 1959, Lanier Elementary School is located in Tampa, Fla. The school provides general academic programs to over 350 students in kindergarten through grade five. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It offers a range of student activities that includes art, music, and health and physical education. Lanier Elementary School provides special education classes for students with special needs. The school also offers Title 1 and English Language Learners programs. It also organizes various after-school programs. In addition, the school provides meals, guidance counseling, health care and transportation. Lanier Elementary School is a part of Hillsborough County Public Schools, which operates more than 200 elementary, middle and high schools.
