Land Yacht Harbor of Melbourne

Land Yacht Harbor is an RV park with 304 full hook up sites. Each site has a concrete landing, patio and apron along with a shed. There is 30/50 amp service, water and sewer with all except electricity included in the rental rate. The park is owned by its shareholders and managed by an elected board of directors. Residents volunteer to help manage the facilities and as a consequence rental rates are extremely reasonable. Although there is no swimming pool the Atlantic Ocean is just six miles away and easily accessible even by bicycle. The park has the usual facilities found in Florida parks but unlike many others it offers an arts and music component not found at other RV parks.
