Though I LOVE this park it has become over run with irresponsible small dog owners. There are 2 parks for dogs here, over 20lbs and under 20lbs. Many small dog owners refuse to put their tiny dogs...

This is an off-leash park. You can let your dog off-leash once you get through the entrance gates/walkway. My dog has a good time here. It's not a huge park, but there is plenty of room for dogs...

My favorite dog park in Sarasota! Lots of trees, shade, picnic tables and benches, water for the dogs, small and large dog areas, nice people, nice dogs.
