Your appointment time means little. Settle in and get ready to wait a while, but god help you if you show up late. That said, I waited only about an hour to be seen. Others had been waiting longer...

Avoid at all costs! You'll gather much dust while waiting. No one appears to work here and they take one person back every 45 minutes.

This place is awful, because I don't speak spanish, I got passed over by somebody that cane in 20 minutes after me and I am still sitting in the waiting room.
