Lake Howell High School

Lake Howell High School, governed by Seminole County Public Schools, serves students in grades 9 and 10. The school s curriculum includes math, English, fine arts, science, social science, and health and computer education. Lake Howell High School offers instruction in journalism, humanities, culinary arts, and business and technology education. It organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, including art, chess, drama, French, Spanish and math clubs. The school offers membership opportunities to students in the National Honors Society. It organizes a range of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cross-country, football and swimming. Lake Howell High School operates a parent-teacher-student association that participates in various academic enrichment activities.
