The place is very dated. It does have good reviews, but the waitlist is very unpredictable. You pay a waitlist fee, and you do not get to preview the property you are applying for.

50 dollars to get in a waitlist and it is NON REFUNDABLE???? I could understand if availability was a month or two away. But there is nothing for 8 months or more. So these people are pocketing...

Scam artists taking people's money to put you on a wait list. They don't tell you that your #150 in line. Do not apply here as they just take your money.
