Phlebotomist quite rude and web site when I entered information did not notify that they do not accept my insurance. When I suggested to phlebotomist that she should perhaps put in a suggestion...

Disgusting! Sign is suppose to blue but the paint has pealed away, the computer screens are faded nor do they work well and the chair in the back left corner is broken.

Worst customer service. Their check in system didn't work. I will not be returning to this facility again.

Clean up your facilities. A mop, rag, fresh paint, etc. People come into literally have blood drawn with a needle. At least put them at ease with a CLEAN place. Yikes!!!
