History
I decided to open La Panza in 2015 since i noticed that there were not places around that showed the true representation of Peruvian Coastal cuisine. During my lifetime, i have traveled to many coastal places in search of waves. I always tried to find the best restaurants that offered the true authentic cuisine of the area, where sometimes i exchanged ideas with the chefs or fishermen from the area. I tried to gather a little bit of that, and i wanted to share that with our guests.

We ordered lomo saltado and tiger's milk special to go, everything was amazing. What a great place! Steak was cooked nicely and onions were not mushy. Rice was delicious, all packed separately so...

Voy a consumir al lugar y me dicen que no tienen pescado para preparar un ceviche. Se supone que es un restaurante peruano y que te digan que no tienen disponible un plato bandera de Perú! Muy mal

Wow! Our kids took us here on a recent day trip to Delray. We've only had Peruvian food a few times, but this place is a winner. The lomo saltado was such a tasty dish. The ceviche was amazing....
