History

The founder opened the first assisted living home in Davidsonville in 1990 and this country into a 20-bed assisted living. During this period, the founder actively participated in the early development of assisted living regulations, which has since significantly grown into current well-defined regulations. The Gambrills community was an existing group home when the founder purchased it in 2001 and converted the two 14-bed homes into an assisted living. The Severna Park community was built ground up by founder in 2005. This 62-bed community was built overlooking Cypress Creek with gorgeous views.
