Our chef is a FSU College of Hospitality alum that has worked in many facets of the hospitality industry. She is also a published cookbook author, has been a featured food personality with local media throughout Florida, and has taught at many venues in the state. In spring 2014, at the encouragement of many of her students she opened KitchenAble Cooking School in the Cottages on Lake Ella.
