BEWARE! I have never been to such a disrespectful condo association. The Russian association president Sergey Umrikhin wrote a letter threatening to tow our rental car if we did not pay them....

Really enjoyed our stay!!!! I'd give them 5 stars but sadly the outside hot tub wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated

King David Condominiums is not at all a welcoming environment for tenants or visitors, we lived here for 2 years so speaking from personal experience as tenants residing and those of our friends...

Valet damaged my car - an obvious yellow paint dent from the yellow poles they have on the property. Neither building nor valet management would own up to the damage caused.
