Paid when I dropped off my items. At pickup they said I didn't pay, so I had to pay a second time to get my stuff back. Had been a repeat customer, won't be back.

Do not recommend! Hems came out of two pencil skirts after one wash. Sides were taken in and I can see through the stitching. I requested them to be tapered in and they weren't. Just a huge waste...
