went to the drive through ordered 1 breast and 2 wings extra crispy told the amount then at the window told they only had a breast and 1 wing in extra crispy and it would be 20 minutes if i wanted...

Every time I stop here it's 20 to 30 minutes wait for chicken. How bad does a franchise have to be before KFC shuts it down?
