I love KFC, I really do. Tonight when i drove up to the pickup window the cashier was wiping his nose. With his snotty tissue still in his hand he turned to address me and ring me up. Not a hand...

Wow, awesome customer service today. I was not sure what to order and the clerk was so nice and pointed out the daily specials. The order was ready in a minute and still hot when I got home....

Health inspection NEEDED ASAP! Manager with deep voice helps herself to food while she's getting orders together. She's there talking to employees with mouthful of food she grabbed with her hands....
