History

Chef Martin Liz is classically French trained, but focuses on Key West's Native, Natural & Local Luxuries, Seafood Specialties & Cuban Cuisine. Our mission is to bring back authentic, traditional Key West-Cuban cooking to South Florida and introduce that style to other parts of the world. Chef Liz takes us back to our culinary roots with fresh local ingredients from Ocean to Table and prepares them using the traditional methods passed down for generations in his native home Key West, Fl.. We provide the highest level of service, freshly made cuisine, and delicious cakes and deserts. You tell us what you want and we'll make it happen for you and your guests. No menu is too small or too big. Whatever your tastes, our chef staff will design the menu you're looking for.
