When in to buy a new wedding ring for my wife and worked with Rainee. She did an outstanding job assisting me with showing the perfect rings.

This place never has enough help. Repairs are terrible. Charge way too much and I've yet to be waited on by anyone knowledgeable about jewelry. Never going here again

When I ask for a wedding ring set between 750 and 1500, dont bring me something that with a discount is 1600. U ruined my day with the fiance. Burn in hell.

Usually Kay Jewelers is a nice experience. But today I went to have my jewelry cleaned and I had Erica and she couldn't have been more rude and argumentative with me. I'm not one to take the time...
