History

Karnitas started as a little cafe in the Costa Greens golf course pro shop and was called Celebrity Steak House. The property where the restaurant was operating was under new management and we had to close for 1 year. Then we were called by the owner to re-open again and this time we gave it a new name, Karnitas Grill. We added new dishes from other regions and now we are a big success. Come visit us and try our juicy churrasco, named the best churrasco in town. Our Peruvian ceviche is to die for. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all our customers for their support. We made it this far because of all of you.

Well now, I am sorry but this place is not Nicaraguan. It is a Peruvian in fact and I HIGHLY recommend it. They have excellent Peruvian food. on the top of your list you should try the Lomo...
