Kari Kardio

History

Originally opened back in 2008 because I saw the need for a class only - group exercise studio that provided members a sense of community. It was a great experience and I made a lot of friends and met many great people. KariKardio in the past was limited in that I only had one studio operating at a time. I'm so excited that my new KariKardio location will boast a much larger range of classes! With the help of my business partner Claudia Rands we are bringing back the community environment of KariKardio - we are not a gym. You will not be taught a cookie cutter type of class - All classes change weekly and my instructors all bring their own individuality to their classes. I've worked in the fitness industry for more than 30 years, most of it for other people. I've been a coordinator, director, and general manager. I haven't agreed with many of my bosses on their point of emphasis for group exercise.
