Karen K. Saravanos, MD

Dr. Nicole Baker is an OB-GYN serving patients in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor, FL. A Michigan native, she trained at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, where she was Chief Resident and named Resident of the Year. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Western Michigan University. Dr. Baker specializes in high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and female stress urinary incontinence. She is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence and advocating for women's health rights. She speaks conversational French and enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Sugar.

Dr. James Lee is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women's Care, serving St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor, FL. He provides comprehensive women's health services including well-woman exams, pregnancy care, postpartum support, and minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida and is known for his compassionate, patient-centered care. He speaks English and Korean fluently and is committed to serving the diverse Tampa Bay community with expert, personalized care.

Dr. Saul Lerner is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons. He is accredited in advanced operative endoscopy and a member of AAGL, the Association for Advanced Gynecologic Laparoscopy, the world's largest professional association of gynecologists who specialize in the use of minimally invasive procedures for diagnosing and treating disorders of the female reproductive system and pelvic floor. Dr. Lerner received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from The State University of New York at Stony Brook in New York. His internship and residency were completed at Nassau County Medical Center in New York.
