Kadampa Meditation Center Florida (based in Sarasota) is a non-profit organization established to help bring inner peace into peoples lives through simple practices of Buddhist meditation. Within our traditional inspiring Buddhist Temple we offer a wide range of meditation classes for all levels of interest from drop-in classes to week long meditation retreats, regardless of prior experience or religion.
