Ron LeClair - has 36 years experience in Florida constructing and resurfacing thousands of sport courts. He sold his company in 2009 with a five year non-compete clause. His grandson, Dillon LeClair, is a junior business major at the University Of Central Florida who asked his grandfather Ron if he would start a new business hoping to take over after graduation.Ron was a sales and construction supervisor experiencing all manner of Florida's unique construction pitfalls.
