This location is really friendly, clean, and food is good. They need help with drivers. We have been waiting 40 minutes plus for our sandwiches which is not typical of " freaky fast."

20min for 2 sandwiches.. ordered through app which usually isn't a problem.. get to the store and there is no one in the store... no customers or no workers. I wait a few minutes and then finally...

I get Jimmy John's quite a bit, however there is an ongoing issue at this location regarding service. They charge extra for certain items but they regularly either skimp or omit the requested...
