My goal for each client that I encounter is for them to receive a "wow" customer experience. I start out each conversation with the question "What's important to you?". Once I understand what's important to my client, I then use my 10 years of lending experience to get my clients the best loan, with the best term, and lowest rate, for their particular situation. I not only provide mortgages for people, I often help people learn how to better manage debt, and pay off their home sooner. I'm a firm believer in giving back to the community and have taken the time to seek out and understand local grants and programs that are available for First Time Home Buyers. Here at Waterstone Mortgage, we have loan products that "pair" perfectly with grants to provide our first-time borrowers the ability to own their first home! Often times buyers come to me and are not in a good financial position to purchase a home . . . YET! Instead of saying "no", I help them to create a plan on how they can achieve their goals, and then will check in on them to see how they are progressing. You see, for me, it's not about just doing another loan but going the extra mile and "wowing" my customer!Waterstone Mortgage Corporation (NMLS #186434) is headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB (NASDAQ: WSBF).
