History
Since 1991, Jay has been an investor of residential properties that required renovation and or face lifts. These properties were then marketed for resale. After 2002 Commercial property was added to the list of investments (primarily Multi Family Apartments). Jay also has experience as an Underwriter of Appraisals, with Streetlinks, one of the Nations Largest Appraisal Management Companies.
