Jackson County Teachers Credit Union

Jackson County Teachers Credit was chartered in August of 1954 by 10 people that had great foresight for the financial future of the employees of Jackson County School System and Chipola Jr. College. Mr. James H. McGill was one of the charter members. He has now retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Linda Neel is currently the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Cooper Sellers was the first paid Manager and remained in that position until his death in 1979. At that time Ms. Theta Lolley became the CEO of the Credit Union. Since 1954 the Credit Union has grown steadily. We still have the same philosophy "People helping people". We are your hometown financial institution. Over the past few years we have added other field of memberships to our family, such as all county employee's and their family members.
