Hello and thank you for your interest in massage therapy! My office is located inside the Acupuncture and Holistc Health Center, please call to inquire about appointments. My name is Kelly and I specialize in pain/stress management using a combination of techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular, structural integration, hot stones and aromatherapy. I have worked on every body type and have been exposed to a variety of ailments which gives me the confidence to create a customized session uniquely and intuitively fit for the individual. Massage therapy has been used for thousands of years to help create homeostasis in the body and mind, allowing for the true nature of our bodies to heal themselves. I'm here to help create awareness within yourself of the body/mind connection using touch and breath work, and to educate giving you the tools to become the boss of your own health and wellness. I'm a holistic healer and I focus on the whole person, their habits, hobbies and fears.
