Alannah Arnold is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. She has studied consciousness and the workings of the mind through her degrees in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Comparative Religion. She has specialized training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy to guide clients towards self awareness as a tool for creating balance and mental well-being. She is also EMDR level II trained. These techniques, combined with others, are very effective and achieve rapid results with a broad spectrum of concerns.
