The company features a nearly 27,000-square-foot manufacturing and testing facility. Matrix Composites laboratory and inspection facility is spread over an area of more than 2,500 square feet. It uses vacuum bags, open molding tools and precision fixtures for the manufacture of composites. The company has received the JEC Award for composite solutions. Matrix Composites is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering.

It uses a multidisciplinary approach that ranges from urban planning/design to architecture and interiors. C.T. Hsu + Associates, P.A.'s design/support services include computer aided design and drafting (CADD), building information modeling, architectural models building and much more.
