Imperial Club is an independent and assisted living resort and retirement community. Its range of apartments feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, closets, emergency call systems, smoke detectors and cable television outlets. The club has a retirement community that offers spacious apartments with kitchens, bathrooms and dining areas. I've visited The Imperial Club at Aventura about 6 times. 5 out of those 6 times only 1 elevator was working. They have 14 floors of residents and only 2 elevators. This is a serious fire hazard....
