Saturday morning breakfast Easy parking in lot shared with a motel? People waiting to get seated in lobby area for some reason... Once seated Santoria (sp?) was very sweet & helpful Food was fast...

We like IHop, we go to the one in Dade City regularly. Searched for closest one to James Haley Vets Hospital. Not crowded at all on a Saturday morning even though they are located next to a motel...
