The people are very friendly. However we filed easy form and still got nailed for $200. Last time, could have done that myself. Oh well, lesson learned

They have no clue what they are doing. Filed an easy form, was told I didn't need to submit a 1095A and of course got nailed for over $200......21 days later and still no return.... I get a letter...
