Hope Haven

Hope Haven Children s Clinic and Family Center, located in Jacksonville, Fla., is a nonprofit organization that serves children, young adults and families with a variety of educational, developmental and mental health needs services. It has been providing care to a wide range of clients for more than 80 years, and specializes in the areas of learning challenges and disabilities, developmental needs related to autism and Down syndrome challenges. The center offers various services and health care programs, such as attention deficit disorder treatment, autism services, counseling services, educational services, services for divorcing families, and speech and language therapies. In addition, it provides several programs for adults, such as job search skills training, vocational counseling, job retention skills training, job search support, transportation support and job coaching. Hope Haven Children s Clinic and Family Center receives financial support from the United Way and Jacksonville Children s Commission and also organizes various fundraising events.
