Don't bother making a service appointment. My "appointment " was scheduled at 11:40 for an oil change. Two hours later, I'm still here. This entire dealership is a bad joke.

It shouldn't take 4 hours to do an oil change with an appointment next time better communication would be great then she could've got picked up and then came back later instead of waiting four hours
