Consumer Direct Care Network Florida (CDFL) serves as a Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for older adults and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities who elect to self-direct their care. CDFL specializes in the Participant Direction Option (PDO) service model so Medicaid recipients enrolled in a Managed Care Plan can remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities.
