DO NOT buy one of their homes. They are junk! They just slap them together and it shows. We paid for upgraded floors and they damaged them during building. They are trying to tell us it's cosmetic...

We wish we had never purchased a homes of Merit. The company after the sale is very poor. And the warranty isn't anything but a sales tactic they don't honor it.

Bought a champion mobile home in 2016 from homes of merit. Biggest mistake of my life. It's a piece of crap. Every single electrical box in the home started pulling out of the wall from day one....

Love the design of our home but construction is horrendous. The stove area had to be fixed twice due to roof leak. Master shower wall leaked. Siding needs fixed paint needs to be redone walls...
