History

Gavin On The Beach has long been available for long term rentals and all of our tenants have been with us for many years. Recently we had the opportunity to offer several of our studio apartments for short term vacation rentals with guest visiting from all over the world for a minimum of three nights to as long as one month. Built in the 1960's as an eight unit motel and later redesigned into town homes, Gavin On The Beach again went back to studio apartments in the 1990's making them more affordable to tenants and eventually visiting guest. Although not as modern as other accommodations, Gavin On The Beach will allow you to vacation on beautiful Hollywood Beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk within your vacation budget. We sacrifice modern for affordability, and it is our goal to keep it as affordable as we can for as long as we can.

Gavin On The Beach is located on Hollywood Beach in Hollywood, Florida USA, a short walk from the many small restaurants along the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. We currently have four (4) studio apartments that are available by the day, the week, or the month, and include kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker), bathroom with tub/shower or walk-in shower, king or queen bed, sofa or sofa bed, cable TV, WiFi Internet service, FREE parking, pool and the Atlantic Ocean.
