Beautiful beach behind condo. Fridge leaked on floor and ruined food, toilet kept running, garage (bottom of condo) is deteriorating pretty bad, huge roaches. Definitely room for repairs....

We stayed in unit 418, and it is quite nice, comfortable, nicely furnished (even had beach toys for children, and fishing rods!) The corner location on the north end of the building is desirable...
