For what this is, I loved it! Had I not known a little Spanish, I would have thought that "Hijole" must mean "Hole in the wall" (instead of "son") because this place is just that. Like blink, and...

I bought 6 of them they all had the same amount of meat!!! You have to get the Slow cooked pork! Best Birria I've had.

The carne asada tacos were fine. The beef was chewy but flavorful. The salsa added a spicy kick. The place was clean and cozy.
