Founded in 1879, Florida Memorial University is one of the oldest academic centers in Florida. It offers more than 40 undergraduate and graduate degree programs through over five academic schools. The university maintains a library that has a stock of nearly 115, 000 books, journals and newspapers, as well as can accommodate up to 500 students.
