I usually use enterprise. First time using hertz and was not impressed Customer service is terrible at this place. They were woefully understaffed and borderline rude to the waiting customers....

In the past 6 months I have rented a car in Orlando from Hertz, Budget, Avis and Enterprise. Hertz was by far the worst. First, the line to actually check-in is out of control and slow moving....
