Hertz Rent A Car

REALLY wish I would have read these reviews beforehand... The 2 stars are simply for the employees who, although very obviously lazy, were nice & the low price couldn't be beat... Other than that,...

Horrible customer service and we have a business account making them money they don't ever answer the phones or get back to you especially if it's anywhere near closing

Trash service. Got here at 4:40 pm to pick up a rental and they were closed. My pick up at was at 5pm (on the receipt). I called their customer service and the woman told me I had to be at hertz...
