Operating under the leisure services and maintenance operations, Westmonte Park and Recreation Center hosts a wide variety of events and programs. Located in Altamonte Springs, Fla., its auditorium s facility is used for various events, such as gymnastics, tumbling, line dancing, community-related meetings, and special events. The center also hosts field trips and other activities for elder citizens and disabled young adults. Additionally, it organizes aquatic therapy sessions in the indoor therapeutic pool, featuring a whirlpool, ramp and chair lift. Westmonte Park and Recreation Center has a 25-meter pool, offering swimming lessons for children and parents, scuba classes and lap swimming. The center is the site of year-round adult and youth softball hosting open and league play. It has a jogging trail, lighted beach volleyball courts, and picnic pavilions with tables, barbecue grills and water fountains, children's playground, and handicap-accessible restrooms.

Hermits trail park is a nice little park for little kids to play on the pretty cool playgrounds. They also have a little pavilion. It has nice shade due to the trees and it is conveniently located.

I loved the different amusement games that there are for children. And for bigger too. It is very close the only thing is that there is no bathroom.
