I made an appointment to see Dr Chen as a follow up to an ER visit. My former doctor had left Elite Health (LOVED Dr Runyon!) and Dr Chen had replaced her. I did not feel listened to or respected....

If I could give him negative stars, I would. He is consistently rude and condescending, he is constantly pushing for unnecessary tests and visits, and is very lacking in the most recent knowledge...
