Jason Perry, M.D., is a primary care sports medicine physician with Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. Dr. Perry specializes in non-operative orthopedics and primary care sports medicine. Prior to joining Boca Raton Regional Hospital in 2015, Dr. Perry completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center. He currently serves as a team physician for Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. Dr. Perry has a strong commitment to providing evidence-based medical care through a patient-centered approach. When defining the best treatment plan for each patient, he considers all of the components related to their injury, including the underlying biomechanics of the injury, the patients needs and expectations, and the injurys short- and long-term implications. He also assists patients in the recovery process to help them reach their ultimate goals of returning to everyday activities or sports at their optimal potential. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in the gym, playing sports, fishing, boating and golfing.

Kirin K. Syed, D.O, is a board-certified urologist with Baptist Health and is fellowship-trained in reconstructive urologic surgery. She specializes in the full spectrum of male, female LGBTQ and pelvic health.Among the conditions Dr. Syed treats are complex voiding dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, prostate cancer screening and survivorship, erectile dysfunction and kidney stones. She has specialized advanced training in minimally invasive urethral bulking, Botox injections, placement of female and male slings and implantation of artificial urinary sphincters and neuromodulation therapy with neurostimulators for urinary and bowel control. She also utilizes a unique non-mesh technique for bladder prolapse repair, places penile implants for erectile dysfunction and is trained in reconstructive surgery for urethral stricture disease.Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Syed served as an affiliate assistant professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine at Holy Cross Hospital.Dr. Syed earned her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Osteopathic Medicine (UMDNJ) and completed residencies in urological surgery at UMDNJ/Kennedy University Hospitals, where she served as chief resident. She also completed a fellowship in voiding dysfunction, female urology, urologic reconstruction and prosthetics at the Bladder Health and Reconstructive Urology Institute in Miramar, Fla.Dr. Syed has authored and co-authored numerous publications and posters and has presented her work at multiple national conferences. She serves as a reviewer for several medical journals. She is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and an active member of numerous professional organizations.Dr. Syed strives to provide personalized, comprehensive care through a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach in a comfortable and confidential setting. She believes that optimal health outcomes are best achieved when patients and caregivers build a trusting relationship that honors each patients individuality and dignity. Dr. Syed is a proponent of shared decision-making. Michael Cohn, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health and specializes in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder disorders.Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Cohn served as an orthopedic surgeon specializing in upper extremity surgery at the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County.Dr. Cohn earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. He remained at NYU to complete a fellowship in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, where he was elected chief fellow.In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Cohn has published work in multiple medical journals including Journal of Hand Surgery and Bulletin of the Hospital for Joint Diseases. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Medical Expert.Dr. Cohns passion for orthopedic surgery stems from his desire to help patients recover from injuries and return to the activities they love as quickly as possible. He strives to get to know his patients and understand their goals in order to tailor a treatment plan that is best for their individual needs. In his free time, Dr. Cohn enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, staying active, traveling and playing golf.
