Established in 1989, Avante is a family-owned and operated nursing and rehabilitation center offering support services for both residents and their families during the transition from independent living to long-term care. Avante provides services that include nursing, rehabilitation, recreational activities, nutrition, social services, select care services, air fluidized bed therapy, burn care, decubitus care, dermatology services, hemodialysis supportive care, IV therapy, ostomy care, pain management, podiatry services, nutrition services and urinary catheterization. It also provides wound care, a beauty and barber shop, coma management, dental services, enterostomal care, hospice care, oncology care, oxygen therapy, peritoneal dialysis, psychological services, respiratory therapy, tube feeding, ventilator care and vision services. Avante is headquartered in Hollywood, Fla.
