Rude reception staff, especially to older clients. Watched them make a disabled man walk back to the desk 4 times when they could have easily taken paperwork out to him. They change appointments...

Hearing Aid Wax Filters cost $18.00 per pack. Baptist ENT charges $10.00 for same thing. Hearing Life is a Humana approved facility Nation Wide. Is thnis another Medicare rip-off ??
