History
Twenty years of teaching Pilates apparatus and Pilates mat. I have taught clients from rehabilitation to fitness. I believe that Pilates is for every - body no matter what stage in life you are in. Pilates teaches you the fundamentals of building a healthy spine, strong core, and the art of how your body is designed to move to create balance and strength. I am also certified in Yoga which I like incorporate into the Pilates repertoire adding more length and flexibility to the muscles. In 2018 I became a Certified Health Coach with a desire to help others create a healthy lifestyle through exercise, attitude, and nutrition.
Specialties
Pilates on the reformer, cadillac, chair, and mat for any fitness level. I also incorporate yoga stretching for a well balanced body. I specialize in the Pilates fundamentals for experiencing the full benefits Pilates has to offer. I am offering personal training for one or two clients (in person) I also offer virtual sessions either on the mat or if you should have any of the Pilates equipment in your home. Reasonable rates and a free half hour consultation.
